OUR APPROACH

Clear processes. Responsible connections.

IMPULSEM GROUP works to connect opportunities, organisations, asset owners, clients and investors. Each request is assessed on its own context, information and permissions. The purpose of this page is to explain how we work—not to promise a result before the details are confirmed.

01

01 · UNDERSTANDING THE NEED

We start with the concrete requirement

Every organisation has different goals, resources and challenges. Before suggesting a route, we aim to understand the issue, expected outcome, timeframe, context and essential requirements.

  • Identify the request, sector and contact person.
  • Clarify scope, timeline, indicative budget and expected outcome.
  • Distinguish what IMPULSEM can refer directly from what requires a specialist provider.
  • Set the next step and the information needed.
02

02 · INTEGRATED NETWORK

Connect companies and specialists

The ecosystem brings together business areas and partner relationships. When a need calls for specialist expertise, we may refer the request to suitable contacts, subject to availability, agreed scope and confirmation by the provider.

  • Identify partners whose services fit the request.
  • Clarify each participant’s role and who is responsible for delivery.
  • Present options where they exist and have been confirmed.
  • Facilitate contact and commercial follow-up within the agreed scope.
03

03 · SERVICE INTEGRATION

A simpler contact experience

Integration does not mean every service is delivered directly by IMPULSEM. The model aims to simplify the journey, connect the parties and make clear who is responsible for each service.

  • One point of entry to describe the request.
  • Clear referral to the responsible team or partner.
  • Communication about missing information, indicative timings and next steps.
  • Confirmation of final terms directly with the provider.
04

04 · ORGANISATIONS

Institutional and commercial requests

We work with requests from companies, asset owners, service providers, project promoters and organisations seeking cooperation, new commercial channels or opportunity referrals.

  • Institutional introductions and cooperation proposals.
  • Requests for supply, services or business support.
  • Representation, distribution or cooperation opportunities, subject to review.
  • Projects that may benefit from a partner network or investor connections.
05

05 · SELECTION AND TRUST

Criteria, transparency and confidentiality

Useful referrals require clear information and realistic expectations. Proposals are considered based on relevance, the information available and the possibility of establishing a useful contact.

  • Do not claim that a provider is certified or licensed without appropriate confirmation.
  • Fees, timeframes, quality and availability must be confirmed by the responsible provider.
  • Share commercial information only as necessary and with permission.
  • Any referral or cooperation remuneration should be transparently agreed.
06

06 · SCOPE OF SERVICE

What we confirm before proceeding

IMPULSEM does not present a specialised activity as its own service unless capacity, authorisation, contract or the responsible third-party provider has been confirmed. Regulated or professional services must be delivered by appropriately qualified providers.

  • Define scope and responsibilities before engagement.
  • Put agreements and terms in writing when appropriate.
  • Make no promises about outcomes that depend on third parties or external factors.
  • Specific legal, tax, financial or technical matters must be handled by qualified professionals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Accuracy before commitment.

Specific prices, availability, mandates, returns, delivery terms and contractual conditions must be confirmed by the responsible parties. Published information is informative and does not replace professional due diligence or a written agreement.
