Strategic Partnerships

OUR APPROACH

Clear processes. Responsible connections.

IMPULSEM GROUP works to connect opportunities, organisations, asset owners, clients and investors. Each request is assessed on its own context, information and permissions. The purpose of this page is to explain how we work—not to promise a result before the details are confirmed.

01

01 · SHARED PURPOSE

Partnerships designed for mutual value

We seek relationships where organisations’ goals complement one another. A partnership should have a clear purpose, defined responsibilities, concrete value for each party and a practical way to assess the collaboration.

  • Identify each organisation’s objectives and the need to be addressed.
  • Assess fit between services, markets, customers and operating capacity.
  • Define each party’s contribution and expected benefit.
  • Confirm responsible contacts, communication channels and next steps.
02

02 · INTEGRATION

How an organisation joins the ecosystem

Integration begins with an institutional introduction and a conversation about the proposal. After understanding the service, audience, geographic reach and terms, we assess how it may complement the group’s activities or meet a customer need.

  • Submit the organisation’s profile, services, contacts and proposal.
  • Conduct an initial review of fit, capacity, documentation and terms.
  • Meet to clarify the cooperation model, audience and operating process.
  • Agree in writing before announcing a formal partnership or starting work that requires authorisation.
03

03 · POTENTIAL BENEFITS

What a partnership can create

Benefits depend on the nature of the agreement and are not automatic. A well-structured collaboration may improve access to opportunities, expand commercial channels, integrate complementary services and improve the customer experience.

  • Greater institutional visibility through agreed channels.
  • Reciprocal referral of relevant enquiries, subject to permissions and defined criteria.
  • Access to cooperation, distribution, supply or commercial-presentation opportunities.
  • Integration of services that simplifies the customer journey.
  • Joint campaigns or proposals for specific audiences.
04

04 · OPPORTUNITY NETWORK

Connect partners with real needs

Commercial introductions should respect each party’s objectives and terms. IMPULSEM may facilitate contact between companies, customers, asset owners and investors when there is a concrete reason and appropriate permission to share information.

  • Define the opportunities a partner wishes to receive or present.
  • Share only the information necessary to assess compatibility.
  • Introduce the parties with clear context and objectives.
  • Follow up on outcomes and adapt the collaboration within the agreed scope.
05

05 · CONFIDENTIALITY AND CRITERIA

Trust, reputation and responsibilities

A partnership should make clear who delivers each service, who holds the contract, how data is used and what the commercial terms are. IMPULSEM does not describe a partnership as official before it has been formalised.

  • Check business identity and the representative’s authority as appropriate.
  • Clarify pricing, fees, exclusivity, timing, brand use and content ownership.
  • Protect commercial information and share it only with permission.
  • Respect legal and professional requirements that apply to each provider.
06

06 · FOLLOW-UP

A relationship that develops clearly

After the initial alignment, collaboration can be managed through defined contacts, review of referred enquiries, communication about changes and assessment of agreed outcomes.

  • Name a responsible contact and channel for each party.
  • Record commitments and outstanding tasks.
  • Review results, referral quality and future opportunities.
  • Update or close the collaboration when circumstances change.
07

07 · NEXT STEP

Submit your partnership proposal

Companies, service providers, project promoters and institutions may submit a proposal. To help the review, include a short organisation profile, services, the intended collaboration and the expected benefit to both parties.

  • Institutional profile and official contacts.
  • Description of services, target audience and geographic reach.
  • Proposed cooperation model and responsibilities.
  • Indicative terms, requirements and availability for a meeting.
