OUR APPROACH

Clear processes. Responsible connections.

IMPULSEM GROUP works to connect opportunities, organisations, asset owners, clients and investors. Each request is assessed on its own context, information and permissions. The purpose of this page is to explain how we work—not to promise a result before the details are confirmed.

01

01 · OPPORTUNITIES

Capital, projects and compatible interests

IMPULSEM acts as a point of coordination between proposals, project owners and investment contacts. The process begins by understanding the opportunity, its stage, capital needs and the presenter’s objectives.

  • Receive proposals from different sectors, subject to the scope and capacity to review each opportunity.
  • Clarify the need: capital, strategic partner, co-investment, asset acquisition or commercial presentation.
  • Organise facts, assumptions, requested terms and details still awaiting confirmation.
  • Define an initial route and, where appropriate, a presentation process.
02

02 · PRELIMINARY REVIEW

Screening and preparation criteria

Not every proposal is ready to present. A preliminary review helps identify gaps, apparent risks and the information an investor may need to decide whether to take the discussion further. It is not an audit or a certification of viability.

  • Clear description of the project, promoter, location, sector and current stage.
  • Indicative capital sought, intended use of funds and proposed structure.
  • Available documents, ownership or asset rights and relevant permits, where applicable.
  • Market assumptions, costs, revenues, risks and execution plan supplied by the promoter.
  • Identification of dependencies, guarantees or unresolved conditions.
03

03 · INVESTOR NETWORK

Present opportunities with discretion

Our contacts may include national and international profiles with different interests. Fit is considered case by case based on sector, scale, timeframe, location, risk, structure and each contact’s stated preferences. We do not publicly disclose investor lists or promise that an investor will participate.

  • Compare the available information with the known interests of relevant contacts.
  • Prepare an initial summary and obtain permission before sharing identifying or sensitive details.
  • Arrange an introduction, meeting or exchange of questions when the parties express interest.
  • The parties discuss terms, due diligence, documents and any transaction structure directly.
04

04 · CONFIDENTIALITY

Share only what is necessary

Projects may contain sensitive strategic, financial or commercial information. Confidentiality is treated as part of the process, but its protection depends on the information, permissions and agreements in place.

  • The promoter should identify what may be made public and what requires prior contact.
  • A non-confidential summary can be used at the initial stage.
  • The parties may consider a confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive documents.
  • Do not send passwords, banking access details or unnecessary personal documents through public forms.
05

05 · CONNECTING THE PARTIES

From submission to an investment conversation

Our role is to organise an initial introduction and facilitate information flow within the agreed scope. The investment decision, final negotiation and contractual commitments belong to the parties and their advisers.

  • Receive the proposal and acknowledge the request.
  • Conduct a preliminary review and request clarifications.
  • Prepare a summary and identify potentially compatible contacts.
  • Arrange an initial presentation where authorised and relevant.
  • Refer the process to negotiation and due diligence if the parties wish to proceed.
06

06 · LIMITS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Transparency before any commitment

IMPULSEM does not guarantee funding, capital raising, returns, appreciation or completion of a transaction. A commercial presentation is not investment advice and does not replace independent financial, legal, tax or technical assessment.

  • Treat numbers and projections as supplied information that remains subject to verification.
  • Do not transfer funds based only on an assistant conversation or an advertisement.
  • Define fees, mandates and responsibilities in writing before execution.
  • The final decision and acceptance of risk remain with each investor and project owner.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Accuracy before commitment.

Specific prices, availability, mandates, returns, delivery terms and contractual conditions must be confirmed by the responsible parties. Published information is informative and does not replace professional due diligence or a written agreement.
