OUR APPROACH

Clear processes. Responsible connections.

IMPULSEM GROUP works to connect opportunities, organisations, asset owners, clients and investors. Each request is assessed on its own context, information and permissions. The purpose of this page is to explain how we work—not to promise a result before the details are confirmed.

01

01 · CUSTOMER NEED

Mobility built around the request

The first step is to understand the type of vehicle or solution sought, intended use, location and indicative terms. The route depends on available information and options that have actually been published.

  • Preferred make, model, category, year and features.
  • Indicative budget and acquisition timeline, if the customer chooses to share them.
  • Preference for immediate purchase, a commercial proposal or information on terms.
  • Contact details needed to arrange a response or viewing.
02

02 · VEHICLES AND LISTINGS

Clear information before a decision

Vehicle details should be confirmed with the responsible team before the customer makes a decision. Listings and images help illustrate an offer but do not replace inspection, document checks or availability confirmation.

  • Confirm availability, features, condition and documentation.
  • Clarify price, terms and applicable additional costs.
  • Arrange a viewing or connect the customer to the responsible seller where possible.
  • Update commercial information when the team confirms a change.
03

03 · SALES PROPOSALS

Receive and refer opportunities

Owners and businesses may submit vehicles or cooperation proposals. Acceptance depends on the information supplied, authorisations, commercial fit and clear agreement on the promotion and contact process.

  • Collect vehicle details and identify the owner or authorised representative.
  • Conduct an initial completeness and consistency check.
  • Agree what may be published and what terms are presented to interested parties.
  • Refer proposals and contacts within the agreed scope.
04

04 · COMMERCIAL TERMS

Transparency in purchase conditions

Payment terms, credit, trade-in, warranty or finance depend on the vehicle, seller and any participating partners. They should only be presented as available once confirmed for the specific transaction.

  • Do not assume interest rates, credit approval or warranties.
  • Treat simulations as indicative until final terms are confirmed.
  • Buyers should check the documents, contract terms and vehicle condition.
  • Confirm contracts and payments with the officially responsible party.
05

05 · CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP

From the first question to the sales contact

We organise the enquiry, collect necessary requirements and refer the interested party to the appropriate contact. The process may include clarifications, viewings, additional information and follow-up on open questions.

  • Record the interest and stated requirements.
  • Respond only with published or confirmed facts.
  • Arrange a viewing or call when possible.
  • Follow up on commercial next steps.
06

06 · PARTNERSHIPS AND LIMITS

Responsible cooperation in automotive

M Automotive Angola may review proposals from suppliers, vehicle sellers, fleet operators and other businesses. A proposal does not mean that a formal partnership exists or that a vehicle or term will be accepted.

  • Submit proposals with verifiable business contact details.
  • Agree on terms and responsibilities before promotion.
  • Do not promise a sale, appreciation or finance.
  • Verify final information and documents with the parties.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Accuracy before commitment.

Specific prices, availability, mandates, returns, delivery terms and contractual conditions must be confirmed by the responsible parties. Published information is informative and does not replace professional due diligence or a written agreement.
